Lost or Damaged Packages
Eveleigh Candle Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at inquire@eveleighcandleco.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Eveleigh Candle Co does not offer returns at this time. If there is an issue with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve the issue as best we can.
